Minimum Order Requirements

We have removed our minimum order limit in January 2008 to give small budget resellers fair access to supply.

Instead, a $12.00 small-order service fee will be applied to help with costs associated with packing and handling small orders under $200.00 before tax (if applicable) and shipping.

For ‘most styles’, we do not force you to buy pre-packs/bundles. You may select the sizes, colors and quantities that you wish under the following terms:

• We require a minimum of 3-pieces per style, per color. If you need to purchase 1 or 2 pieces per style, per color there will be an added a surcharge of $1.50 for ‘each’ such item.
• For occasional Promo packs and Promo styles we require a minimum of 6-pieces per style color (as stated in the Promo item description). We will only break promo packs (by special request). There is a $2.50 handling fee for this.

Be Advised:
If you regularly need to purchase 6 pieces per order (1 piece of 6 different styles); require us to ship it within 24-hours, then call you to discuss each individual piece ordered, and give you a daily status update on your order, we are not going to be a good supplier for you. You should look elsewhere realistically.

Using Our-Pictures

Our clients may use SGD’s pictures, graphics and image files of inventories ‘only’ for the purpose of selling and advertising our garments only for reselling purposes. Please feel free to put them on your web-site, catalogs, brochures and other sales literature.

• We are currently working on publishing a CD which will contain “all” of our actual high-resolution images of our catalog photos and including some none published inventory styles.
• In the future, we will send out this CD for $3.50 + Tax (if applic.) +Shp/hldg. In the mean time feel free to copy our website images.

Please note that there may be some minor variations in the photographs.

Just so you know what to expect – We produce and sell 150 + different styles, in an average of 2 - 4 colors each, with each style having 3 - 6 trim components or laces per color.

Different colors of the same garment and different production lots produced at different times and may have slight variations in the lace or trim used, as trim items become discontinued or unavailable in certain colors. This yields 100's of different combinations. We have not photographed every single garment color or variation due to expediency and cost.

International* - Payments

The majority of the fraud attempts against us involve international orders. Consequently we must be extremely vigilant in processing international orders.

Please be advised, SGD and its subsidiaries, reserve the right to decline or refuse any order from any source, client or contact at anytime for any reason based on our own proprietary discretion.

We will accept payment for international orders via: PAYPAL INSTANT SECURED PAYMENTS – BUYERS MUST HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT Payment can be made via PayPal 24/7 SAFELY.

You may pay through our website shopping cart if you are ordering to our specified terms (min. 3 of per style, per color) or, via PayPal direct invoice if you choose 1 or 2 items/color under the specification outlined above (see Minimum Order Requirement Terms).

Payment must be made in full before any order leaves our warehouse.

If invoicing PayPal directly is preferred, do NOT send payment with your order through the website shopping cart. Print or right click and copy/paste into an email. We will send your PayPal final total invoice via PayPal server.

Payments via wire-transfer or Letter of Credit are also accepted for larger orders over $600.00.

Please call us for details concerning these payment methods. They will be verified authentic before any shipment will be released.

SGD reserves the right and may require prepayment via bank transfer for any size international or web order from unknown parties.

SGD reserves the right to require a faxed copy of your driver’s license and passport for international orders before confirming acceptance of any transactions or business dealings.

SGD apologizes for any such need. Such is business in today’s risky world of selling on the web!

*Please be aware that 90% of the fraud attempts against us on international orders involve shipments to Africa and Indonesia. We will likely require thorough documentation and/or confirmed and finalized prepayment for shipments to these area's before shipping any such order. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes to the legitimate customers within these areas.

International-Shipping-Methods

We normally ship internationally via Canadian postal service Expedited International or if requested, Airmail Parcel Post* or UPS.

*Please note that Air-shipments are charged not by weight, but by Dimensional Weight. You are charged primarily for the size of the box, not the actual package weight.

Airmail Parcel Post is generally the best choice for international shipping - having relatively fast delivery (4 - 10 days) and prices always lower than UPS rates. Additionally, there seems to be less merchandise delayed or stuck at customs check-points when shipping via Airmail Parcel Post.

However, UPS shipping offers two advantages that Airmail Parcel Post does not.

• UPS offers real package tracking - the ability to track your package along its long journey.
• UPS has guaranteed delivery dates. With UPS shipping - you know the actual delivery date that your package will arrive by.

Both UPS and Canada Post have different services for faster (and more expensive) delivery and also some slower (and cheaper) shipping methods available.

Many countries have duties, tariffs and customs fees that are added on when package lands in your country. We do not know what these duties, tariffs or additional fees are and they change often. If this concerns you, you should find out in advance what your home country charges and plan your purchases accordingly.

Trade-Shows

No Trade Shows are scheduled for 2008 at this time. (Future trade-show dates will also be listed here.)

COD Shipping

We do not ship via COD anymore. Please don’t ask. We have also been the recipient of thousands of dollars worth of fraudulent Bank-Checks and fake money-orders. Regrettably, we can no longer afford to risk shipments by COD. Again, it’s the times we live in.

Home Lingerie Parties

Many of our customers are running home-based lingerie party businesses or other similar type businesses in which you show your customers our catalog or your samples from our ‘start-up kit’, the guests book orders, and then you order and purchase from us the garments you now need to fill your customers or hostess’ party orders.

Our primary business focus is wholesaling of volume quantities of lingerie to retail boutiques, chain-stores, catalog retailers and lingerie shops or adult specialty stores. Please read the following two sections of this document Read the section entitled “Realistic Expectations” below. This section details our limitations in servicing home-party type customers.

Realistic Expectations!!

Please accept our apology now if this sounds like a ‘rant’ but we need you to think realistically of what you can expect and work with.

We are a wholesaler of woman's lingerie and sleepwear. Our business is wholesaling volume quantity of lingerie to boutiques, chain-stores, catalog retailers, on-line retailers, lingerie and adult specialty stores. We have some of the lowest prices available on the web in Canada. Many of you have trolled the web looking for suppliers and chose us because of our low prices.

Low prices and the ability to purchase individual pieces come with some strings attached. Please know that we do indeed try very hard to provide good customer service and we always do our best to anticipate and meet your expectations. However, low-prices* and great customer service do not necessarily go hand-in-hand for tiny business orders or very, very large orders as we may get bogged down during seasonal peaks unintentionally.

*If you need to buy 1 piece per style from us at the lowest prices, and have us ship it immediately and provide instantaneous, world-class customer service, you will likely be unhappy with our service and should look elsewhere. We are simply unable to comply. It may take us 2 - 3 business days to ship your order. We state this fact openly and clearly. If your business require immediate expedited same-day shipping, you need to look elsewhere.

Even if your order specifies OVERNIGHT UPS RED or BLUE shipping; it does NOT guarantee that it will ship today. It may still take us 1 - 3 days to pick, pack, process and ship or longer in peak holiday seasons.

To recap quickly:

• We sell wholesale only. We make an average $2.50 per item profit after costs. (For adult Products we sell through catalogue orders. Ask for to purchase an adult supply catalog.
• We run out of stock sometimes. Expect that we are likely to ship 85% of your ordered units only. If a certain style is ‘very urgent’, call before you order to check availability so you may alert your customer to any delay for shipping.
• We charge you ONLY for the actual items shipped and if there was an overcharge, it is charged back via PayPal, or if you prefer, left as a standing credit against your next order! Cancelled items are NOT charged. Errors do occur from time to time and we will work with you to correct quickly to your satisfaction any that may by chance occur.
